This special Inaugural Celebration Tour of Historic Annapolis will feature the rich history of African-Americans in Annapolis and their impact nationally and internationally. Guests will be invited to stroll through celebrated, historic Annapolis accompanied by a colonial-attired guide who will combine the best of Watermark’s Three Centuries Walking Tour (actually now Four Centuries) and highlights from its African-American Heritage Tour which was developed in partnership with The Kunta Kinte-Alex Haley Foundation. Key historical sites include the Kunta Kinte-Alex Haley Memorial, Thurgood Marshall Memorial and the State House.
Sunday, January 18th and Monday, January 19th at 10:00am departing from the Visitors Center at 26 West Street, Annapolis
